We are seeking an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join a dynamic survey business specializing in measurements and topographical surveys. Established in 2018, our client uses cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality surveys and 3D scanning for residential and small commercial properties. The company aims to expand significantly by 2025 and is looking for someone with CAD experience to contribute to this growth.
- Plotting drawings on AutoCAD and REVIT (plans, elevations, sections, topographical data).
- Promoting surveying best practices and quality assurance internally.
- Conducting surveys using 3D laser scanning equipment (Trimble X7).
- Post-processing of point cloud data.
- Performing drone surveys.
- Creating 360 virtual tours with Matterport cameras.
- Communicating professionally with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Participating in weekly team meetings.
- Work distribution: approximately 40% site work, 40% drawing/modeling, 20% data processing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, with experience in processing platforms like LSS and Cyclone.
- Experience in measured building, land surveying, and CAD is preferred.
- Membership of RICS.
- Strong organizational, communication, and file management skills.
- Technologically savvy, with good knowledge of Google Drive.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to assume responsibility and make decisions.
