A reputable consultancy in the UK is seeking a Building Surveyor to take on responsibilities such as producing specifications and managing contracts while also engaging with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000, along with benefits including a discretionary bonus, pension scheme, and support for career progression in a collaborative environment.

- Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods.
- Experience preparing specifications, schedules of works, and tender documentation.
- Solid understanding of JCT contracts and acting as contract administrator.

- Conduct stock condition surveys and inspections.
