What you'll do

• Assist with building surveys across commercial, residential and rural sectors
• Support project management and contract administration
• Prepare drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Work on dilapidations for landlords and tenants
• Diagnose building defects and assess reinstatement costs
• Carry out schedules of condition and bank monitoring
• Learn directly from experienced surveyors on live projects

What you'll bring

• RICS accredited degree preferred, but all relevant degrees considered
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Full UK driving licence or working towards one
