Monitoring Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

An established UK wide, chartered construction consultancy with a strong APC programme is seeking a Monitoring Surveyor (QS) with a keen eye for detail to support their very busy surveying team in Bristol.

The Monitoring Surveyor's role

Working closely alongside a director, the successful Monitoring Surveyor will carry out work across an array of different projects including residential, hotels, commercial, industrial, and care homes/healthcare.

Day to day, the monitoring surveyor will be involved in attending site and reporting on progress, analysing management accounts and cashflow projects, anticipating final costs and more.

Qualifications
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • Monitoring or Fund Monitoring experience
  • MRICS or working towards MRICS
  • Driving licence and car
  • Based in the Southeast
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
