An excellent opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading manufacturer in the kitchen and interiors sector.

This role focuses on developing and managing business with regional and national housebuilders across a South Central territory.

You’ll be responsible for securing specifications, growing key accounts, and driving new business through regional office relationships. A strong customer base is already in place, with significant potential for further growth as part of a wider sales restructure.

Projects typically involve mid-to-high-volume residential developments, working closely with buying and design teams to secure kitchen packages.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team, supported by strong internal infrastructure and a well-regarded product range.

A long-established UK manufacturer with a strong reputation in the kitchen and bathroom sector. Products are manufactured in the UK and supplied across Private Development, Public Sector and Retail channels.

The business continues to expand its market share through product innovation, exceptional service, and trusted partnerships with major developers. The offering is design-led, competitively priced, and supported by expert account and delivery teams.

We’re seeking a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in the housebuilder market. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in KBB, interiors, or specification-led construction products, though high-calibre candidates from broader construction backgrounds will also be considered.

1. Strong record of revenue growth and new business wins
2. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
3. Relationship-builder at regional office level
