Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Czech speaking Customer Service Agent for a temporary full-time role working from home. Responsibilities include managing relationships, handling customer inquiries, and data manipulation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Czech and English with strong customer service skills. Offering £13.00 weekly pay, the position requires availability Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.
- Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
- Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
- To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
- To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
- Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
