The Job

A dynamic and rapidly growing company, leading in the distribution of high-quality raw materials within the Nutra ingredients industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join their European team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion across Belgium while building strong customer relationships and driving sales in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and manage key customer relationships across Europe
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the European Head of Sales
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall company goals
  • Engage regularly with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Develop tailored product proposals and solutions for clients, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with operations to maximize sales margins and optimise costs
  • Represent the company’s values and uphold its high standards in all customer interactions
The Candidate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry
  • Strong understanding of the European market dynamics and customer base
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
