A major loss adjusting practice is seeking home-based adjusters to manage property losses up to £100,000. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in property adjusting. The role allows for autonomy and has a manageable caseload of 60-70 losses. Competitive salary up to £60,000, alongside benefits including a bonus, car, pension, and 25 days holiday.
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division through the appointment of two additional adjusters in the Midlands. The positions are home-based and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value. You will be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team. Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses, enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial, and be comfortable handling a mixed caseload.
Experience is more important than formal qualifications, but progress with CII/CILA would be preferred and rewarded through salary.
You can live anywhere within the Midlands as the positions are home-based, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly.
Basic salary budget up to £55-60,000 plus bonus, car, pension and 25 days holiday.
