Your Role:
You’ll own client billing, candidate payroll, and internal reporting + help us improve the way we operate.
Billing & Client Finance
Send monthly invoices and set up subscriptions through Stripe
Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
Own and reduce our % of MRR in unpaid invoices
Process client refunds where applicable
Support with offboarding workflows and financial wrap-up
Candidate Payroll
Set up payroll for new hires, track semi-monthly payments
Ensure alignment between payroll and client billing
Flag discrepancies proactively
Manage and monitor margins on placed candidates
Financial Reconciliation & Audit
Regularly audit active clients vs. payments received
Cross-check paid candidates against active billing
Identify and resolve inconsistencies
Operational Improvements
Spot and fix process bottlenecks
Help create and update SOPs
Track metrics like gross margin and payroll accuracy

About You:
2-3+ years experience in finance operations, billing, payroll, or similar roles – ideally as a Finance Manager or in a role with high ownership
