Job summary
A recruitment firm is looking for an experienced ER Advisor to join a remote HR team. The role involves providing expert ER advice, managing complex casework, and advising on employment law and policies. The ideal candidate will have strong ER case management experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of TUPE and redundancy processes. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 and requires occasional travel.
Qualifications

- Ability to support a diverse, multi-site workforce.
- Knowledge of employment law, TUPE, and redundancy processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert ER advice to business managers.
- Handle disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues.
- Act as an escalation point for HR team queries.
Skills
Education
We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for a strong ER Advisor to join their HR team.
Salary: up to £38,000
Location: Remote (occasional travel required)
Hours: Monday-Friday
- Provide expert ER advice to managers across the business
- Handle complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Act as an escalation point within the HR team
- Advise on employment law, policies, TUPE, redundancy and change
- Support HR projects and maintain accurate HR system data
- Strong ER case management experience
- Background supporting a multi-site, customer-facing workforce
- Knowledge of TUPE, redundancy and Employment Tribunal processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and full UK driving licence
