A recruitment agency is seeking self-employed Mortgage Brokers to join their team in the UK. This role requires a full CeMAP qualification or equivalent, as applicants without it will be rejected. Successful candidates will build their own client database and enjoy high commission rates of up to 80% from mortgage and protection sales, with potential earnings ranging from £30,000 to £90,000 annually. The company supports advisors with training and product access without monthly fees.

• Ability to generate your own client database as leads are not provided.
• Must pass Fit & Proper checks.
