Job summary
A leading construction firm is seeking a Specification / CPD Manager (Facades / Architecture) for the Midlands/North. This role offers full autonomy to influence high-profile projects without sales pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Systems, a proven track record with specifications, and exceptional presentation skills. You will deliver technical presentations, write specifications, and build relationships at the design stage. Attractive compensation of £50,000-£60,000 with bonuses and additional benefits.

Responsibilities
- Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to Architects, Engineers and Consultants.
- Write specifications and support compliant designs for Facade, Brickwork and Structural systems.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships at design stage.
