A supportive care organization in Wales is seeking Female Support Workers to join the dynamic team at Bryn Y Wawr. You will provide essential care, promote independence, and support individuals with learning disabilities. The role offers significant training, flexible shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including a joining bonus and opportunities for further learning.
We are now offering a Joining bonus £1000 for new starters, payable on successful passing of probation.
There is also a refer a friend bonus for current staff £500 payable on successful passing of probation.

We are looking for Female Support Workers to join us at Bryn Y Wawr, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire.
Bryn Y Wawr is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and with associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.
About the Role:
Working in a 24-hour 7 days a week service. Work shifts including days, nights, and weekends as part of a dedicated team.
