Job summary
A leading claimant practice is seeking a Team Leader to manage a high-performing Catastrophic & Serious Injury department. This remote role requires a Solicitor or CILEX with extensive experience in claimant catastrophic injury law. The ideal candidate will lead a team and ensure compliance with legal standards while developing others through coaching. We’re recruiting for a leading claimant practice seeking a Team Leader to help run a high-performing Catastrophic & Serious Injury department. This is a visible leadership role for a proven catastrophic injury solicitor who loves coaching others and delivering results on complex multi-track RTA & EL / PL cases.
- Lead and supervise a serious injury caseload / team; set strategy on liability, quantum and evidence.
- Own quality / risk: CPR compliance, budgeting / costs, file reviews and KPI delivery.
- Champion rehabilitation & interim payments; apply the Serious Injury Guide and Rehabilitation Code.
- Negotiate confidently (Part 36, JSM / mediation) and develop people through coaching / training.
- Solicitor or CILEX with strong claimant catastrophic / serious injury and multi-track RTA experience.
- Proven supervisor / people leader; expert with complex evidence, experts, counsel and Ogden.
- Tech-enabled, outcome-focused, collaborative communicator.
- Salary to £80k + bonus + excellent benefits.
- Remote Working with a Leeds base and clear progression into senior leadership / technical routes.
