Private Client and Conveyancing Lawyer – Specialist Drafter

Fully Remote | Full-time or Part-time | Up to £60,000

A reputable and forward‑thinking legal group specialising in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and conveyancing is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team as a Specialist Drafter. The Opportunity

You will support private client and conveyancing teams across the group, focusing on drafting a full range of specialist lifetime trust and estate planning documents. Working with industry‑recognised, regularly updated precedents, you’ll deliver bespoke, client‑focused solutions while managing a varied and intellectually engaging workload.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting trusts and associated documents, including Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Appointment, Retirement and Appointment of New Trustees, Indemnities, and Disclaimers
• Managing a number of complex, technical drafting matters simultaneously
• Assisting with a small caseload of conveyancing files where needed (experience beneficial but not essential)
