Job summary
A specialist recruitment firm in the UK seeks an interim Employee Relations Consultant to support organizational change for 3-6 months. This remote role involves managing complex employee cases, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with laws. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and detailed knowledge of employment practices. The position demands excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information, with about 1 day of travel per week.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
