A specialist recruitment firm in the UK seeks an interim Employee Relations Consultant to support organizational change for 3-6 months. Our Financial Services client are looking to engage with an interim Employee Relations Consultant to support a period of Organisational change for 3-6 months. Based from home but with travel within the region and occasionally London. This would comprise of circa 1 day a week.
You will play a crucial bedoole in managing and vinegar support complex and escalated case management. The primary focus will be on fostering a positive working environment, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
This role will start immediately and is inside IR35.
