Waterski & Wakeboard Resort Manager
Job summary
A leading holiday company is seeking a Waterski and Wakeboard Manager for summer 2026 across various Mediterranean resorts. The role involves motivating a team, ensuring safe and engaging tuition, and maintaining equipment. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in Waterskiing and Wakeboarding, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications
- Must hold valid First Aid certificate throughout contract.
- Extensive knowledge of British Water Ski & Wakeboard (BWSW) syllabus.
- Previous experience in Waterski/Wakeboarding environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Train, motivate and appraise the Waterski/Wakeboard team.
- Deliver outstanding instruction in accordance with BWSW syllabus.
- Assume responsibility for coaching, driving, and spotting.
- Maintain equipment and prepare for guest activities.
