Job summary
A leading online tutoring company is seeking Graduate Tutors from top UK universities to deliver tutoring in micro-groups based on the Oxbridge tutorial method. Tutors must have achieved Grade 9s and A*s in their subjects, possess prior tutoring experience, and hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a unique human + AI learning model.

Responsibilities
- Teach in micro-groups (1 tutor : 3 students) using the Oxbridge model.
- Deliver sessions with structured learning and assessments.
- Provide summarized notes and session recordings for students.

Commitment: 1–8 hours/week until July 2026

- Tutoring is delivered in micro-groups (1 tutor : 3 students), grouped by ability - replicating the Oxford and Cambridge tutorial model.
- Summarised notes
- Session recordings
- Tutors can review or adjust quizzes before they’re sent, while marking happens automatically - freeing you to focus on teaching and helping students close learning gaps.
- Students also have access to Elli, their AI revision companion, who creates 24/7 flashcards on any topic and any subject
All sessions are booked upfront for the full academic year, offering you consistency, stability, and meaningful teaching relationships.
