Job summary
A technology solutions provider is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide remote client support and troubleshoot various IT issues. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 4-6+ years in desktop and server support. Key responsibilities include analyzing diverse computing environments and resolving high-level incidents, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service skills. This role may require after-hours availability.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of desktop and/or server support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting network configuration and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Workstation Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote client support interacting with end-users.
- Analyze and document client/server and network environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high level workstation and server incidents.
