The Sales team responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. What you bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is preferred
- Success in selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Strong experience selling in the UK and Ireland regions
- Ability to lead change and drive innovation, challenging traditional norms
- Confidence in making cold calls to build a new business pipeline
- Organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor
- Forecasting skills to achieve sales targets monthly
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger (a plus)
- Experience in the HR industry (a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales quota
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify and create new opportunities within MidMarket and Enterprise segments
- Promote and implement innovative solutions in traditional industries
- Present to clients via virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Own the customer relationship from sale to completion
- Design solutions to meet communication needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise customers
- Outbound prospecting in UK and Ireland
- Forecast revenue accurately
- Generate leads targeting fast-growing companies supported by Remote
- Collaborate with other Remote teams to ensure client success

Compensation Philosophy: Remote offers fair, unbiased compensation and benefits, paying above in-location rates to support global talent hiring. The salary range is between $44,150 USD and $149,075 USD, depending on various factors.
