A leading legal services provider is seeking a Sales Consultant in Probate to join their team. This remote position involves working with clients to provide tailored legal advice over the phone and video. Successful candidates will demonstrate consultative selling skills and emotional resilience. £29,000 base salary, average earnings £45,000 with uncapped bonus plus excellent benefits including: monthly incentive scheme and pension with up to 10% Co‑op contribution (£2,900). Work level 6B.
Full time - 37.5 hours or part time late shifts flexible. Monday-Friday and one in four Saturdays per month working for 4 hours.

We’re looking for remote sales consultants to join our Co‑op Legal Services probate team.

In this role you’ll meet with clients over the telephone and video to discuss the deceased estate and help them to make an informed choice about their legal planning. Our presence in the market means that many clients enquire with us, so you won’t need to do any prospecting, and you’ll make a real difference to the lives of our clients at a time when they need us most. You don’t need to have a legal background as we’ll provide training to develop your knowledge.
