The role involves providing stability, education, and empowerment, considering each learner's individualised, differentiated learning styles to ensure social, emotional, and educational integration.

The initial assignment will assess your fit within the setting, requiring you to be fully committed and enthusiastic about making a difference in children's lives. You should be willing to use your own initiative to stand out. If your potential is recognized, the setting may offer a permanent position with a clear career progression plan.
