A leading HR consultancy is seeking an experienced Employment Law/Employee Relations Lead/Manager to conduct thorough workplace investigations into claims of harassment and discrimination. The role involves mentoring other investigators and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Remote work is available with potential travel to London for this 12-month temporary position.
Do you have a solid 5-10 years of experience conducting thorough workplace investigations in complex cases? Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Law/Employee Relations Lead/Manager.
The primary function of the role is to conduct objective, balanced, and thorough investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious policy violations in the workplace.
The Lead Investigator EMEA personally conducts employment investigations across the EMEA region involving staff working across all business units. The role also supports the Senior Director by guiding and mentoring other investigators in the conduct of EMEA-wide workplace investigations and the allocation of such cases.
37.5 hours per week with some flexibility required to accommodate global calls
