Job summary
A prominent law firm in Farnham is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join its successful Family department. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in family law, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be proficient in IT. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing documentation for court hearings, and ensuring compliance with practice directions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on shared goals and success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a family department.
- Comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of family law.
- Proficient in IT and capable of independent work.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with department members for diary management.
- Meet clients to prepare documents and obtain necessary paperwork.
- Ensure new enquiries are handled promptly.
- Monitor Court Portal for status updates.
- Prepare and serve hearing bundles and cost statements.
