Proclinical is seeking a Contract Associate Accounts Technician or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA professional to support the finance department in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial analysis tasks. This role focuses on ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance while working remotely from London, UK.
- Manage key month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable postings, and drafting sales invoices.
- Gather and organize information for audit queries.
- Assist with UK compliance tasks.
- AAT qualified or part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent (desirable).
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and accurately.
- Extensive experience working with Xero accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
