Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work remotely in the UK. The role involves investigating and settling liability claims while maintaining exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in dealing with Employers & Public Liability claims, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Gather evidence to support recommendations in compliance with client requirements.
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
