Job summary

A global engineering manufacturer is seeking an Administrator / Service Administrator to support the engineering service team with product and order management. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, as well as excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced setting. This position will start home-based and transition to an office in Harlow once it opens later this year. Competitive salary between £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and company equity shares.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and SAP or similar software.

Job Description

Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator to join a global engineering manufacturer.

You’ll be supporting the engineering service team by liaising with customers on products and deliveries processing orders and maintaining records on a powerful CRM system. Full product training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have an administrative background strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be home-based initially until the companys brand-new Harlow office opens later this year.

Responsibilities
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes
  • Send track and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses
  • Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt
  • Liaise with various engineering departments
  • Initially home-based then office-based in Harlow once the new site opens
Qualifications
