This role involves covering managerial vacancies in hotels, mentoring teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience in a branded hospitality environment, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. What you'll be doing:

  • Cover Hotel Manager vacancies, coach teams and support new manager inductions.
  • Roll out SOPs and embed operational standards to drive consistency across our portfolio of hotels.
  • Mentor and develop teams, building confidence and capability.
  • Support and manage employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
  • Share guest and hotel insights to influence improvements.
  • Act as a visible role model, linking standards and KPIs to the guest experience.
  • Drive efficiency, performance and commercial success.
  • Monitor compliance and support audits.
  • Step in wherever needed, including out-of-hours support.

We think you'll thrive if you have:

  • Proven hotel experience in a supervisory or management role within a branded hospitality environment.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience uplifting capability and performance in others through hands-on support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a link between hotel teams and the support centre.
  • Strong understanding of guest service delivery and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise multiple demands effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 4 nights per week) and work varied hours.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
