Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a proactive FOI Project Manager to lead the management of Freedom of Information requests. This remote role involves setting up processes, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in a professional setting, focusing on continuous improvement. The position is a short-term temporary contract, offering a negotiable daily rate and outside IR35.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Freedom of Information requests within a professional setting.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with technology tools and systems relevant to FOI management.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Setup processes to manage Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
- Engage with external regulation for compliance.
- Deliver FOI training and guidance materials.
- Support internal reporting and governance structures.
- Liaise internally to ensure clear FOI communication.
- Develop risk planning and management strategies.
