Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
Salary: $2,080 USD per month (~$13/hr)
Job Overview
- Edit a variety of videos — service calls, maintenance, and installations in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, customer testimonials, TikTok clips, podcasts, shortform videos, b-roll, longform documentary-style videos, “ridealongs” with teammates, behind-the-scenes clips
- Organize and manage raw footage, add transitions, captions, music, color grade, and effects to create polished final products
- Post videos when needed across social media platforms and assist with writing captions and selecting hashtags to maximize reach
- Provide creative ideas and stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging
- Track video performance metrics when needed and provide insights to help improve future content
- Contribute actively in team meetings, daily one-on-one video meetings, and collaborate closely with other teammates
- Manage and keep up with the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all video content
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and align with brand guidelines
- Minimum 5 years of video editing experience
- Proficiency and expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video content
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and participation in team meetings
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines
- Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills are a plus. (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Excellent organizational skills for managing footage, multiple projects, and content calendars
- Comfort with data tools like Google Sheets for light reporting and analysis
