About the position

As a Producer, at The Gang, you’ll lead one or more development teams across projects, acting as both a strategic partner and a day-to-day enabler. You’ll ensure each team is aligned with the product vision, works with clarity and confidence, and consistently delivers high-quality results. You’ll act as the main point of contact for your projects, maintaining structure, supporting creative goals, and safeguarding project health from kick-off through release and live operations.

Location: working 100% remote from home, with the option for hybrid/in-office work at our Lisbon or Stockholm office. Discord and Slack are your best friends.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Producer, your primary mission is to build empowered, self-driven teams that deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

Aligning the team around product vision, creative direction, and client expectations.

Owning project planning across scope, budget, and timeline.

Leading estimation, resource allocation, and development workflows (e.g., sprints, QA, retros).

Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to set priorities and manage expectations.

Fostering a high-trust, accountable team culture with clear ownership and autonomy.

Driving effective communication practices and maintaining project health visibility.

Actively engaging with in-development games and staying current with platform trends.

Representing the company in client interactions and championing both creative and brand goals.

Who you are

We believe you're someone who:

Has led multiple game projects from pre-production to release

Has deep experience working with live games and ongoing development pipelines

Is passionate about games and understands what makes an experience fun and impactful

Communicates effectively across disciplines, functions, and cultures

Coaches teams to succeed, rather than directing every decision

Understands the Roblox platform and its unique player ecosystem

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in risk management

Is based in Portugal, Sweden or UK

Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
