Job summary
A leading HR tech firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered recruitment product. This role focuses on driving innovation in talent acquisition and shaping the future of hiring. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product management and a strong understanding of AI features within SaaS products. The position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end product management for complex, web-based SaaS products.
- Strong discovery skills, with the ability to frame problems, validate assumptions, and rapidly test ideas.
- Experience delivering AI features within SaaS products, with a solid understanding of AI fundamentals and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a key product area, defining its vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Utilize quantitative data and qualitative user research to deeply understand user needs and validate product ideas.
- Collaborate with AI/Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to generate solutions and accelerate delivery using AI.
