• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily to engage prospective patients

• Guide patients through the enrollment process while ensuring accurate information collection
• Document all interactions in CRM software (Salesforce) and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Meet or exceed daily enrollment and conversion goals

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a telehealth, insurance, or pharmacy services company
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong sales instincts, including persuasion and objection handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace

• Experience in eye care, healthcare, or digital health sectors
• Familiarity with high-volume call environments and quota-driven settings
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
