They are looking for a Lead Fire Engineer to take the helm of their fire engineering division.

In this fully remote role, you will become the face and focal point for all fire-related services. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the fire engineering department, mentoring junior engineers, and overseeing projects from start to finish. You will be given the autonomy to grow the team in your own vision, developing standards and shaping the future of the discipline within the business.

A negotiable salary package is on offer, which will be determined based on your experience, skills, and the value you can bring to the team.

• Proven experience in fire engineering, with a strong focus on strategy reports.
• Ability to lead and manage a technical department.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Exceptional communication skills, essential for a remote team.
• Experience with the design of active and passive fire systems.
• A track record of developing client relationships or bringing in work.
• Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).
• Experience working within a smaller, agile consultancy.
