This is a 9-month maternity cover but with our rapid growth, there s real potential for this role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Operational Excellence Lead
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders via regular video calls
  • Coordinate every detail of live events ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery
  • Assist with planning and logistics: think booking actors, contractors, facilitators
  • Gather feedback and prepare insightful reports for clients and the sales team
  • Maintain clear, organised client files for seamless team collaboration
  • Support Client Success Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships
