Business Development Executive

A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join its expanding Glasgow Retail Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive sales environment.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business and supporting the growth of the commercial lines portfolio. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and results.

• Identify and schedule new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accuracy.
• Manage your own diary and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
• Work towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets.

• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident and proactive approach to engaging new leads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who contributes positively to the team.

Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial but not essential.

This role offers remote working with occasional travel to the Glasgow office, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
