• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development and commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role within a CRO or related life sciences organisation.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships at a global level.
• Strong understanding of GLP, GxP regulations and familiarity with Discovery, Pre‑clinical, or Early‑stage clinical (Phase I‑III) services.
• Based in Europe, with willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and work remotely full‑time.
