This role offers full remote flexibility and involves managing electrical design across multiple data centre projects in the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of electrical design experience, preferably in mission-critical sectors, and must possess strong leadership skills. A competitive salary package of £150,000 to £170,000 plus benefits is offered.

- Manage electrical design across multiple data centre projects in the UK and Europe.
- Oversee power distribution systems, LV / HV networks, UPS, generators, and controls.
- Ensure design excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with all client standards.
- Lead design reviews, risk management, and quality control.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years electrical design experience in data centres or mission‑critical sectors.
- Strong leadership and client engagement skills.
