Job summary
A leading customer service provider is seeking two Employee Relations Specialists to join their HR team, working fully remote in the UK. This role entails advising on complex employee relations matters and supporting managers through various ER activities. Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of UK employment law and proven experience in an Employee Relations role. The position offers a collaborative HR team environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

- Proven experience working in an Employee Relations or HR role, with exposure to complex casework.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act.
- Confidence advising and influencing managers at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on complex employee relations matters.
- Support and manage cases across the full ER spectrum.
- Assist with full Employment Tribunal activity, including ACAS / LRA early conciliation.
