The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience in a manufacturing context and hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification. As the HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Manager with the daily administrative functions of a busy manufacturing company within a highly regulated sector. Responsibilities include managing appraisals, absences, back-to-work interviews, and initial disciplinary investigations. You will advise line managers on correct HR procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices. The HR Coordinator will also handle KPI tracking and contribute to consistent HR support across the business.
