Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor

Location: Remote

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

• Represent members in regulatory hearings, inquests, and disciplinary tribunals.
• Provide strategic legal advice on fitness to practise investigations and professional conduct issues.
• Prepare cases for hearing, including the drafting of submissions, witness statements, and legal arguments.
• Conduct advocacy before Coroner’s Courts and professional regulatory bodies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external counsel to ensure effective and well-managed case progression.
• Stay informed on developments in healthcare regulation and coronial law.
