- Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR roles with complex casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including Equality Act and Employment Rights Act.
- Confidence in advising and influencing managers.

- Support and manage a full spectrum of employee relations cases.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal activity and negotiations.
