A recruitment firm is seeking a business developer focused on expanding international markets within IT recruitment. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in 360 recruitment and business development, with proven sales skills. This role offers a competitive salary with a strong commission structure and the flexibility of remote working. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and building relationships with clients globally.
This role is not involved in sourcing candidates or delivery work. Instead, your focus will be on winning new clients and expanding our presence across international markets. The ideal candidate will come from a 360 recruitment & business development background, bringing both commercial acumen and a consultative approach to client engagement.
