You'll play a key role in designing seamless user experiences and visually compelling interfaces across a range of web‑based products built with React, Blazor, and C#. Working fully remotely, you'll collaborate with talented engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that make complex financial data clear and accessible.

- Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process for responsive web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams (React, Blazor, C#) to turn concepts into interactive, user-friendly designs.

- Build and maintain design systems in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Translate complex data workflows into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces.
- Advocate for user‑centred design principles across the product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or other data-heavy web environments.
- Strong expertise with Figma (design systems, prototyping, and collaborative workflows).
- Understanding of web frameworks like React and Blazor, and how design translates to functional interfaces.
- Familiarity with C# / .NET environments or working closely with development teams using these technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to work effectively in a remote, cross‑functional team.
- A polished portfolio demonstrating high‑quality UX/UI design work, particularly for complex web applications.
