My client, an established Online Estate Agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team and benefit from a home-based role, in addition to an uncapped OTE!

Due to the high volume of valuation requests, my client is looking for a Sales Valuer in the High Wycombe area.

They are ideally looking for someone with local knowledge, experience in carrying out valuations, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• This is a home-based role; full-time hours are expected.

• Competitive OTE of £30,000 - £50,000

• Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
• Strong desire to succeed and grow your own business
• Enthusiasm and passion for property
• Valuation experience at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Provide accurate market valuations based on data and comparable sales
• Operate within an allocated territory and develop your own and the company's business
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local property market
• Support and engage with customers throughout their journey
• Build relationships and serve as the key contact during the sales process
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure successful sales
