Training and Recruitment Consultant is a professional sales role which can often be quite tough and demanding. Responsibilities

• Deal with warm leads.
• Go through CVs to identify individuals who need mandatory training in different areas of work.
• Place individuals on training.
• Develop business with new clients over the phone.
• Attend business meetings with new and existing clients.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business.
• Source candidates to match clients' recruitment needs.
• Negotiate offers between clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Good English is essential; excellent written and spoken English is a must.
• Any/Some telesales experience or selling on the phone is a must.
• Experience: Required.
• Languages: English – Advanced.

Employment Details

• Employment: Full-time.
• Schedule: Part Time and Full time available.
• Starting time: Immediate start!
• Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• Compensation: 100% commission-based position; earnings are directly linked to performance.
