Strong PC and systems skills with experience in major software applications for PCs.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Address clients with high bad debt or revenue write-off experiences by creating and implementing action plans for improvement
Coordinate with Corporate Billing on initiatives to enhance account performance
Provide billing training to phlebotomists, Sales, and clients to ensure accurate billing
Analyze corporate reports and quantitative data to resolve client issues
Establish and maintain productive relationships across departments to build trust in the Billing Quality Control program
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Minimum three years of previous work experience in medical billing, healthcare, and/or insurance claims required
Familiarity with medical and insurance billing requirements and regulations preferred
Strong PC and systems skills with experience in major software applications for PCs
Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in teaching, support, and training in customer interaction situations
Knowledge of specific Labcorp software (e.g., LCBS, LCLS, Labcorp LINK)
Good organizational skills
