A global real estate services firm in Atlanta is seeking a Governance and Data Manager to enhance business intelligence and performance management. The candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, supporting operations teams, and managing account governance. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools like Power BI. The estimated compensation ranges between $121,500 and $130,000 annually.

The Governance and Data Manager has responsibility for performance management, business intelligence (BI) and analytics, as well as account technology, driving consistency and alignment to Firm-wide initiatives and account-specific requirements. This role supports and partners with the Account Director and IFM teams to drive data-driven insights, enhancements, efficiencies, and overall continuous improvement
Performance Management and Business Intelligence
Meet and exceed client expectations, contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements
Translate client and account business objectives into actionable items using data and business intelligence to be executed for each service line and across service lines
Leverage JLL and Block tools to proactively identify and action data driven opportunities and innovations
Review and action all outstanding SLA gaps and drive innovation and process to maximize resources and results
Perform a range of analysis to develop and implement dashboards, monitor KPIs, improve analytics, operations and service line delivery
Partner with and support the operations teams to ensure best practices and consistency is administered through data driven insights
Regular and proactive reporting to clients and colleagues, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times
Support of current account programs and innovative thinking to shift model in positive ways aligned to overall team, account and client goals
Act as Program Manager for technology, BI, Data, performance initiatives at account level
Own the administration of account governance
Assist in the development and implementation of the QBRs and the annual account plan
Establish relationships with JLL site lead and internal and client business partners to establish trust and credibility
Support IFM team to ensure site standards, SOW's, compliance, policy and procedures
Assist in the development and management of annual operating budgets
Contribute to data management, data governance
Support the identification, development, implementation and trending of account initiatives
Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in data modeling
Devise and promote creative data storytelling and visualization
Assist with Azara implementation (JLL's BI and data platform)
Responsible for account specific solutions and providing support to the client and account team on the digital platforms being utilized
Liaison between client technology and the account team, providing guidance and collaboration
SharePoint, client portal and reporting portal administration and partnership with JLLT in various projects and client initiatives
Identify opportunities for technology platform enhancements
Play appropriate role relative to information security compliance for all JLL technology, account and platform implementations
Support the management and trending of all sourcing data management and dashboarding
Support for custom-built solutions for the account
Education & Experience
BS or equivalent work experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying opportunities pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Power BI), scripting languages (e.g. Power Query M Language, DAX, SQL, Python, Spark, R)
Program management experience for technology, BI, data, and analytical performance initiatives
Experience successfully supporting and indirectly influencing teams
Strong client relationship management skills
Knowledge of ETL, data governance principles and industry best practices
Understanding of core concepts involved in data (data quality, usage) and ability to understand how these concepts impact our business
Experience with data mining, cleaning, visualization, and programming languages
Supporting tools (e.g. DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, SQL Management Studio, Tabular Editor)

Process management experience or demonstrated skills
Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical as key stakeholders and collaborators are geographically dispersed
Advanced certification in business intelligence or data analytics
Experience in facilities management or corporate real estate operations
Financial Technology services industry experience or relevant experience
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Experience with JLL's technology platforms and systems
Estimated compensation for this position: 121,500.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year
