A leading independent surveying practice in the UK is looking for a qualified Residential Survey Auditor to ensure compliance with quality standards in residential surveys and valuation reports. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in residential surveying and possess strong analytical skills, client communication, and report-writing abilities. The role offers a salary up to £55,000, healthcare, and career progression opportunities. This position is remote with occasional travel.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join a well-established and forward-thinking independent surveying practice. This role is perfect for a qualified surveyor who takes pride in quality assurance, upholding professional standards and driving continuous improvement across surveying teams.
This is a remote role where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant residential surveys and valuation reports. You’ll also contribute to training initiatives, promoting consistency and promoting best practices across the business.
- Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
- Remote (occasional travel)
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- 3 years’ PQE in Residential Surveying
- Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
- Good understanding of property defects, construction terminology, and survey formats.
- Basic salary up to £55,000(dependent on experience)
