Job summary
A recruitment agency is partnering with the Institute of Directors to find a Senior Data Engineer. This role involves developing and maintaining a next-gen data platform, focusing on data warehousing and governance. The ideal candidate should have strong data engineering experience, proficiency in Microsoft Stack technologies, including Fabric and Azure, and excellent communication skills to work with senior stakeholders. This is a remote position with occasional travel to the London HQ.
Qualifications
- Experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehousing and data lake technologies.
- Track record of establishing data governance best practices.
- Proficient in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the data warehouse in Fabric.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including internal and external datasets.
- Ensure data quality, cleansing, and governance processes.
